Use of District Facilities

If you are an outside organization and would like to use one of the facilities in the Hughson Unified School District:

1. Review the Board Policy and Use of Facility Application packet below. A fees schedule is included in the Board Policy and application packet.

2. At least two weeks prior to requested date/s, print, complete and sign the application packet and submit directly to the office of the site you are requesting to use. Application packets are also available at each site. 

3. If the request is approved by the site administrator, it will be sent to the district office for final review and approval. Completed requests and invoices, if applicable, will be emailed to the requester.
