Board Meetings, Agendas, Minutes & Public Notices

Board meetings are conducted for the purpose of carrying on the District's business. The Board of Trustees conducts regular meetings on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held at the District Office located at 7448 Fox Road, Hughson, CA and commence at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted. All meetings of the Board are open to the public, with the exception of Closed Session.

Regular board meeting agendas are published at the District Office, all schools sites and on the district website 72 hours prior to the meeting. Special meeting agendas are posted 24 hours prior to the meeting. In the event of technical problems and the agenda is not available online, it may be viewed at the school sites or you may obtain a copy at the district office.

Hughson Unified School District uses the eGovernance tool, BoardDocs, for access to meeting agendas and minutes.
